Dear Members of MSB-MedTech Community,
As you may know, Tunisia is also experiencing an outbreak of the coronavirus, COVID-19. MSB-MedTech is continuously monitoring the developments surrounding the virus and a number of preventive measures have been taken.
As of today there have been no cases reported on either of our campus. The virus is present on the national territory. We are currently at stage 2 of the Government’s action plan to prevent and limit the circulation of the virus.
We follow the indications and recommendations from the Tunisian Ministry of Higher Education and the Tunisian Ministry of Health regarding the Coronavirus situation. Undergraduate teaching activities at MSB and MedTech will be suspended starting March 12th until March 30th.
Should the situation change in the future, we will scale up our measures in order to ensure to the best of our ability the safety and security of all students and staff members.
MSB-MedTech is looking into Business Continuity Plan starting March 29th. In case Ministry restrictions remain for teaching activities, we will be putting in place an online teaching solution available on Microsoft 365.
Reminder for our community members, the following Authorities Regulations apply:
- Travels abroad are strongly discouraged
- Returning from abroad measures: any community member in this situation should stay home for a 2 week period after the day of arrival to the country. They should also communicate to Program Management their situation.
- Participating to out of campus events are strongly discouraged
