MSB’s internationally accredited Executive MBA is a managers’ development program which covers all the management and strategic functional areas of the company. It’s a rigorous training focused mainly on real case study and best international practices that aims at training competent and visionary managers. Since 2007, plenty of our Executive Directors and Managers have enrolled to this program in a way that has enhanced their managerial skills and allowed them to develop new strategic and operations management vision of the bank.
While meeting our needs and completing our own training programs, the Executive MBA has really contributed significantly in the performance, leadership and responsiveness of our managers. In addition to the regular registration of our executives, we got the chance to learn, here in Tunisia, from well-renown international professors at MSB through in-company trainings for a greater number of our staff. This program has covered a large fields of Management such as: Operations Management, CRM, Quality Management… MSB’s Executive MBA, represents a real contribution to the new generations of leaders in the Tunisian companies. We are very satisfied of the EMBA return on investment and are very willing to keep on collaborating with MSB and its professors for continuous development of our human resources at the Arab Tunisian Bank.
IBRAHIM DEBACHE, CEO - ENNAKL
I got my executive MBA in 2006 from MSB. It was a great opportunity for me to participate in such educational program staying home in Tunisia and getting the chance to learn from highly qualified international professors who usually are teaching in US and European schools of business. The programs gave me the opportunity to discover new ways of management. How to integrate e-business strategy with ICT especially in CRM. How to develop human capital in changing organizations. I have also a great chance to reinforce my leadership by learning from team building sessions and group works. After more than 10 years experience it was a real booster for my career. After my graduation I was recruited as General Manager before becoming the CEO of a company in automotive distribution in Tunisia. Since that date, I am contributing day after day to the development of this company using the management tools learnt at MSB, transforming this company in one of the top leader distribution companies in Africa.
Ziad Chehidi, General Manger – Century 21 Tunisia

Helmi Hassine, Vice President for Commercial Affairs – Tunisair
After 19 years’ experience in airline industry, I found out that it is the right time for me to push my boundaries outside my comfort zone and enroll in an Executive MBA Program. And MSB was the right choice because it offers an EMBA that is Internationally Accredited by the Association of MBAs in London. It is the Tunisian role model for high studies excellency.
Rola Bardan, Programs Officer – Arab Institute for Human Rights
Personally, I think that an MBA is a very well structured step towards the future. The diversity in MSB is very important since it allowed us to learn from different cultures as well.
Karim Sellami, Sales Manager – OneTech Group
Very exciting program which combines a lot of knowledge that is completing my Engineering background. I had the chance to have my Executive MBA financed by my company which is a partner of MSB. With this said, it is worth to self-invest in an EMBA at MSB.
Meriem Zine, CFO & Head of Asset Management – GAT Assurances
How to balance between my personal life, my work and the MBA; it’s not really easy but it’s not impossible. Every woman who had reached high position in her career should make some sacrifices. It will worth them.
Dennis Kalikola, Head of Chancery & Accounting Manager – Embassy of Uganda in Tunisia
The kind of my job gives me the chance to work in different regions of the world every 4 years and I felt that an EMBA would be something special for me to get in this particular region. I am able to get Friday and Thursday off and of course all of the week-end, so it’s not an inconvenience for my work, I can balance it out.
AFEF HAMMAMI, GENERAL DIRECTOR ȃ ALZHEIMER FAMILY CENTER
For the final project, we have studied in collaboration with Darden School of Business, the Alzheimer disease and how to set up an innovative project in this area and how to make a difference in this region. I ended up decided to start this business. MSB experience to me was very important. It was a knowledgeable pleasant break from the daily hectic day that us executive have to endure on a daily basis. Besides the courses and all the brain exercises that we have to go through with very excellent professors, we had the chance to meet and network with great people: the other students but also the MSB staff and faculty. .

Google Student Ambassador, (MENARegion)
“3 years ago, I enrolled at MSB. To say the least, I was never expecting that decision to open up so many opportunities for me and to change my life in so many ways; I was selected to become a Coca-Cola Scholar, go to the U.S and study for 3 weeks at Indiana University’s Kelley School of Business. Recently, I was selected as GOOGLE Student Ambassador (MENA Region) and now creating a set of Google Student Clubs across Tunisia. None of this would have been possible without the lessons professors of MSB taught me and the continuous encouragements of faculty and staff members to use our fullest potential and think globally”.

"Executive education is a rather new phenomenon among Tunisian executives. I heard a lot of positive feed back from the alumni of the Executive MBA program offered by the Mediterranean School of Business (MSB). I was interested by evaluating the opportunity to go through this experience. I managed to attend a two day training held by MSB just to acquire a flavor of the regular courses in an MBA program. During these two days, I learned so many things useful to my day to day work that I immediately decided to join the EMBA program. I find this program to be outstanding, extremely rich, and enlightening. It helped me improve the efficiency of my company right away. The only regret I have is that I did not follow this program earlier."

"After my baccalaureate graduation in Management I went to a french speaking university. I felt I have to learn other skills that could help me to reach my aims in the global market. Then, MSB well-known for its EMBA, opened undergraduate programs taught in English including both hard and soft skills that a manager needs in order to succeed in a global economy. I started again on a solid basis, I never regret it not even once. As a matter of fact, I learned how to deal with time pressure, respect deadlines and be effective. After my graduation in 2013, I get accepted at Oxford Brookes University UK for a Master Degree in Marketing. MSB supported me in each step of the procedure, professors trusted in me a lot [...]. Now I am on my way and I am sure that the skills I developped thanks to MSB education style will be definitely an enormous asset to reach an international success."

Master in Business Management, MSB 2013
"When I got my engineering degree 3 years ago and started working, I quickly realized that I lacked essential business and management skills. This encouraged me to enroll in the master program at MSB in order to improve my background and profile. At MSB, all my courses were taught using case studies and teamwork which allowed me to develop a sense of responsibility and feel the importance of management. Furthermore, MSB’s guest speaker series helped me become more aware of what is really happening in the professional world and I made many contacts that helped me in my internship (with Deloitte). During my internship I became familiar with the field and I was able to directly apply what I learned in case studies to my work with Deloitte. In fact, my internship went so well that I was hired by “Deloitte”( as a Junior Financial Analys)t. straight after it ended!".

"I, the students, and the faculty from the University of Texas El Paso that visited the South Mediterranean University wish to thank you and your staff for the study abroad program developed specifically for our interests. We sincerely appreciated the efforts involved in preparing and presenting a program that was a greatly informative to us and addressed the primary purpose of our trip, to learn more about the politics, society and cultural aspects of Tunisia , especially Tunis , and its place in North Africa and in the world today. (…) The five days spent with you were extremely enlightening."
Mr. Ahmed BESSALAH

"The Executive MBA has represented a very good solution for the development of our promising talents, complementary to people development programs available internally. Equally important, it offers also the opportunity to interact with talents from different countries and different perspectives, with different expertise. I think that the experience has proven to be a stimulating learning environment, supported by highly referenced professors (London Business School, Massachusetts Institute of Technology, etc.) and a participative learning approach. Shell has participated in all sessions with 8 people coming from different business horizons (Commercial, Retailing, IT, Finance, etc.). The outcome is rewarding: broadening knowledge, gaining in self confidence, improving leadership and management style, efficient networking, etc.: The positive impact on our participating people and business is clear. Many of participants got, successfully, larger and/or higher professional exposure. The success behind our participation in the Executive MBA encouraged me to work with MSB management and professors to develop a fit-for-purpose solution to my company: a Leadership and Team-Building exercise involving managers from various levels. I wish this experience will continue with the same ambition of quality and diversity. We need it as our business future is mainly based on the quality of our talents."

"Addressing the EMBA participants: ... When I taught the 04 class in June I realized that there was something special here in Tunis when I walked in at 6.30 P.M. to tell everyone that it was time to go home and they said they wished to stay and complete the exercise. And then seeing you all together 04 and 05 in Djerba, it was even clearer that your appreciation for learning and your creativity to handle new situations was unusual."
University of Texas at Dallas
"Teaching the EMBA at MSB has been both enjoyable and stimulating. The students are as good as those at Wharton, and are truly interested in mastering the material. Their language and communication skills are excellent. Their class participation demonstrates their engagement with the material. I always learn something new myself from teaching here, which I consider to be the hallmark of a truly top-tier university. MSB is an outstanding example of what a business school should try to be: intellectual, practical and impactful."
Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT)
"I am thoroughly impressed with the Mediterranean School of Business. The students are as good as taught at top US and British business schools. They are so eager to learn, and really appreciate new concepts and ways of thinking. The facilities are first rate: a good amphitheater classroom, and state-of-the art technology. I have benefited greatly by my time at the MSB."

"Why should a German come to Tunisia to follow an American oriented MBA? Very easy, being posted as Coordinator for German Technical Cooperation projects in the field of economic projects, it is a challenge to turn back – nearly 20 years after graduation from German university – to part-time student life and to share at high level modern management approaches with my Tunisian classmates”. “Es ist eine einzigartige Erfahrung, die ich besten Herzens weiterempfehlen kann".
