Job Title: IT Helpdesk Specialist

The IT Helpdesk Specialist role will progress to 1st/2nd line support.


Disciplines :

Your responsibilities as an IT Helpdesk Specialist would be to monitor and maintain the computer systems and networks of the organization. The successful (IT Graduate) may be required to install and configure computer systems, audio-visual systems diagnose hardware/software faults and solve technical and application problems, either over the phone or in person.

Typical work activities
Here are some activities which you may have to carry out:



• installing and configuring computer hardware operating systems and applications;
• monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks;
• talking staff/clients through a series of actions, either face to face or over the telephone;
• troubleshooting system and network problems and diagnosing and solving hardware/software faults;
• supporting the roll-out of new applications;
• prioritizing and managing many open cases at one time;
• testing and evaluating new technology;

Job Summary: Development, Implementation and Assessment of MSB Marketing Strategy, PR Management


Job Description
May include any and/or all of the following:

• Collaboration with program directors and top management to develop, implement and assess MSB’s marketing strategy
  
• Conduct and design market research relevant to existing and new program decisions
  
• Conduct and design brand strategy development, execution and assessment
  
• Development/implementation of unified integrated marketing campaigns
  
• Marketing communications management
  
• Marketing ROI
  
• Public Relationships and Relationship Management, all types of partners (high schools, universities, companies)
  
• Initiation and supervision of the development of the promotional materials for different programs geared to potential participants in these programs and their sponsors (high schools students and their parents/universities/companies…)
  
• Coordinating information with other units

Job Requirements:

• Proficient in English and French
  
• Previous experience in service/knowledge industry and/ or academic settings
  
• Years of professional experience: more than 3 years
  
• Minimum Qualification: Masters/MBA Degree
  
• Excellent communication skills and teamwork spirit
  
• Appreciation for strategic role of marketing function for organizational success with deep understanding of value creation and returns expectations/optimization for resource allocation
  
• Travelling in Tunisia and abroad
